Intake
Send the policy and the rejection letter.
Policyholders, brokers, and corporate desks use this form. Brokers also have a dedicated address so partner files stay on that channel.
Before you write
Questions we are asked first.
- Is submitting the form a retainer?
- No. Intake is a request for triage. Formal instructions follow a written engagement letter that states scope, fees or contingency, and forum.
- How fast is the first view?
- A written view of legal merit is issued within one to two working days of a complete file — policy, repudiation, and a short account of the facts.
- Do you act against every insurer?
- We are independent of carriers and TPAs. We take meritorious files. A thin or time-barred claim is declined in the triage letter, not stretched into litigation.
- Can a broker keep their name on the file?
- Yes. The white-label desk can correspond in the brokerage’s name where the partnership letter says so. The client remains the broker’s client.
- What should I attach?
- The policy schedule, the repudiation or query letter, and any discharge summary, FIR, or survey you already have. Missing papers can follow. Do not wait to be complete if a limitation period is running.
- Where are you based?
- Thrissur, Kerala, India. Files are taken from across India. Desk hours are Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM–2:00 PM.
