The platform
An independent, tech-enabled legal advocate for insurance claims.
We sit between the policyholder, the broker, the corporate buyer, and the carrier — with a file system, a triage bench, and a counsel panel. We do not underwrite, and we do not administer the insurer’s claim.
The gap
Restoring trust by putting an independent advocate on the file.
Fine-print exclusions and ambiguous wording produce a high rate of closed files. Specialized counsel is slow and costly. At the Ombudsman and the consumer forum the insured is outgunned.
Brokers lose the client on a decision they did not make, and have no in-house legal muscle to fight it. Corporate buyers wait inside TPA queues on fire, marine, and industrial losses that needed an independent assessor weeks earlier.
Inspire Legal was formed inside Inspire Techno Solutions so that gap would have a dedicated platform: digital intake, forensic triage, mediation, and escalation — staffed by managers, assessors, and advocates, not by a call centre.
The bench
Five functions on one file. Not a single generalist.
Claims triage managers
Document audit, policy indexing, and fact verification.
Rapid turnaround and a clean intake — counsel never opens a thin file.
Medical & technical advocates
Medical necessity and industrial-loss evaluation.
Meets the carrier’s expert on equal terms.
Forensic loss assessors
On-ground financial audit and physical loss quantification.
Air-tight evidence packs for mediation and litigation.
Legal counsel panel
Notices, Ombudsman drafting, negotiation, and court litigation.
Maximises the chance of a proper payout on a meritorious file.
LegalTech engineers
Intake portal, file index, and the claims database.
The practice scales on software, not on another clerk.
How the desk is paid
A multi-tiered model. Nothing is hidden in the engagement letter.
Consumer contingency
Where triage finds merit, representation can run on contingency. The policyholder is not asked to fund a second fight after a denial.
Broker shared recovery
White-label files share recovered value with the brokerage. A new line on the partner’s P&L — not a legal bill they must carry.
Corporate retainer
Annual pre-loss audit and post-rejection intervention for commercial books, or file-by-file instructions on a large loss.
Intelligence, later
The rejected-claims repository becomes licensed risk intelligence for carriers and reinsurers. That layer is being built. It is not sold today.
Roadmap
What is live, what is taken on instruction, and what is still being built.
Phase 1 · Months 1–12
B2C and broker foundation
Direct consumer advocacy and the white-label broker desk. Live now.
Phase 2 · Months 13–24
Corporate commercial
Fire, marine, transit, engineering, and liability — independent of the TPA. Taken on instruction.
Phase 3 · Months 25–36
Database and intelligence
Pattern detection, litigation scoring, and licensed claims intelligence. In build.
Phase 4 · Scale
Ecosystem integration
InsurTech APIs for risk scoring, pre-underwriting, and reinsurance. Roadmap, not a product page.
How we take instructions
An intake is a triage. Engagement is a letter.
Anyone may send a file. The triage bench will say whether the repudiation is answerable and on what footing. If you instruct us after that view, the scope, fees or contingency, and forum are written down first. A web form is not a retainer.
